Okay, so I got up this morning, went into my Outlook and it somehow is stuck on attachment display. I have no idea how it got that way, therefore no idea of how to get it back to normal. I can expand or collapse the folder, but haven't been able to figure anything else out.
Can anyone help?
Muchas gracias!

I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but you can repair it and that will fix all issues.
You'll need the disc to do that, or a download.

I'm out of town, so no disc.
I don't think it needs repaired, I think there is some setting that got activated. What is happening is that all emails with attachmnets are displaying in front of all other emails, regardless of when they were sent. I haven't been able to find any info on changing it back to settings where the emails show in order they've been sent.
Thanks, though, forereel.

Ah. Okay. I understand now.
Yes, there is a setting that changes that.
I don't use 2010 anymore, but I'll explain it in the next post.
A reset fixes all, but you don't have the disc, so.
Read the next post.

I open the outlook and in the place where your email shows, you want to change the order it is shown to you, or filter.
Press the alt key.
You need to be on the home tab. Press enter on that.
Tab until you find the sort, or filter, or arrange. Mine says filter, but I’m using 2013. I think in 2010 is says sort by.
You press enter on that and use the arrow keys to select how you want it to be arranged.
Press enter on your selection.
This can be set in any folder, meaning en box, deleted, and such.

Thanks, forereel. It was actually the View Tab, and "arrange by" and I had tried it, but the buttons on the keyboard must've been sticking when I tried the first time because the next box with the options never popped up. Thus my frustration! But you got me to go over it again and find it!

Good. I can see in view tab as well, but I guess 2013 is easier set in the home tab.
Now you've got it though. Smile.
